On Friday, March 21 from 18:00 - ca. 19:30, Huddinge Basket Youth Board together with me, JD - Sports Director, invite all players U13 - U19 to an inspiring gathering/talk show. The theme of the evening is a continuation of the "Må Bäst" project, focusing on friendship and promoting young people’s mental well-being. All with a lighthearted atmosphere and with a feeling where each of us is equally important. We will then end Friday as usual by opening up for Hangout in the hall until 22:00.

We welcome all our players from U13 to U19, and to ensure everyone has the chance to join, all practices this evening for these teams will be cancelled, whether scheduled in Stuvstahallen or any other hall. And the event is of course an invitation for everyone, practice time or not that day. 

We encourage all coaches to help promote this important event, together we can create a meaningful evening where we make a difference and continue building an even safer and more supportive environment for our youth.

Den 21 mars med start kl. 18 i Stuvstahallen kommer ungdomsstyrelsen tillsammans med JD Sanders ha en inspirerande sammankomst och talk show i ämnen som tar upp vänskap, teamkänsla och psykisk hälsa. 

Alla Huddinge Baskets spelare som är U13 - U19 är inbjudna och kvällens träningar är inställda så alla kan ges samma möjlighet att vara med.
